This outfit was gifted to me for Christmas.
The tights are @adidas Adicolor 3D Trefoil High-Waisted Tights. These tights are made of 92% sustainable cotton and 8% elastane single jersey.
As the title suggests, these tights are high waisted, which, as you know, is my preference.
Unfortunately, I DO NOT like the waistline on these. These are not compression, which is fine, because it doesn’t claim to be, but it really has no hold whatsoever. The pants fit me okay everywhere else, but for some reason, are really loose around the waist, and as a result, do not sit nicely (flat). It is NOT an elasticized waist. I think that’s part of the problem. There’s a decent-sized gap between my waist and the pants. Maybe one size down would have fit better, but then there’s a risk of it running too tight around my hips.
The bra is Adidas All Me Primeknit Bra. This bra is made for “graceful performance in the studio”. 🙄 It offers light support, has removable pads, and has mesh panels for temperature regulation.
Again, this bra is just a tad large on me. I think it would have fit much better one size down.
I’m not 100% sure, but I think both items are a size Medium. I have been working out in both items, but I’ll probably just use these for home workouts.
In summary, both are great quality and are comfortable. I rate the tights as follows:
